Multi-Course Peruvian Dinner
Chef Toya Terry has spent years mastering her craft as the executive sous chef at Brenner's Steakhouse. Prior to becoming an executive sous, she hone her cooking prowess at the popular seafood establishment, Holley's in Midtown. She recently returned from cooking at Astrid y Gastón in Lima, Peru, which is currently ranked the 33rd best restaurant in the world. She is thrilled to prepare modern Peruvian cuisine at the dinner party.
After dinner, Chef Terry and Ahrif Sarumi (founder of Aces of Taste), will share a brief presentation regarding their forthcoming business venture.
